Here are some general guidelines for essential oil usage:

By DIFFUSION of 6-8 drops of essential oil of choice (or blend) in a diffuser for 3-4 hours a day. 

By TOPICAL APPLICATION on the body after dilution with a base oil:

1-2% dilution for young children over 3 years (depending on age & size) and the elderly, applied topically once or twice a day on the chest and back

2.5-5% dilution for adults, applied topically on the chest and back once or twice a day, or as needed 

1% dilution = 6 drops in 30ml (2 tbsp) of carrier oil

2.5% dilution = 15 drops in 30ml (2 tbsp) of carrier oil

1 tbsp approx. 15ml

Please do not forget that essential oils are very strong with high contents of alcohol that can irritate the skin. Less is more. Caution must be exercised with young children and the immune-compromised. 

Local shipping within Singapore is available, with free shipping above 50 SGD. Otherwise, a flat fee of 5 SGD applies. All orders are tracked.

We pack your items with the greatest of care, and will be shipped out within 3 business days, and may take up to 3 business days to reach you depending on seasonal postal traffic.

Our preferred domestic courier at the moment is Singpost due to their reliability and service delivery turnaround times. Please contact us if you have any special requests, or require expedited shipping.

We kindly seek your understanding that essential oils and aromatherapy products are sensitive to light and storage. As such, we can only offer a limited exchange policy for products received within a week from delivery. Items must not be opened and in good condition.

We take pride in our products and packing. In exceptional circumstances where an item has been defective, we reserve the right to provide store credit which will be valid for 6 months.
